Dear Delegates,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the 6th Annual Quality Conference in the Middle East. The conference is held under the auspices of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University Annual Congress 2012 in Dubai, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and President of HBMeU.

The Quality Conference series to be held in Dubai is recognized amongst the top 5 conferences in the world in the quality management discipline. This year's theme: Innovation Based Competitiveness and Business Excellence" has been crafted to address the recent recession and economic down turn. The topic is timely as innovation is widely quoted as "engine for the economy".

In line with the above theme the conference provides a platform to explore, discuss and share governance structures, policies, frameworks, tools etc to help innovation and achieving excellence. Call is also open for general debate on topics related to Total quality Management, Excellence, CSR and sustainability.
