Partnership Benefits

• Deliver a keynote address/ workshop through one of your institution’s senior figures (limited opportunities which need to be evaluated by the conference technical committee)
• Inclusion of your institution’s logo, profile and contact information on the Congress website as one of the conference’s partner.
• Full A4 page advertisement in the official Congress Program Catalogue.
• Special media coverage through the PR Work, institution Interview with Executive management of your institution may also take place.
• Participation (virtual or physical) to the various congress press conferences.
• Inclusion of Institution logo on all marketing collaterals related to the Annual Congress.
• Placing of corporate banners (2) at the main registration throughout the congress.
• Free Conference admission for 3 delegates (to the conference supported by your institution).
• Acknowledgement as a conference partner throughout the conference opening, congress gala dinner, etc
• 3 VIP invitations to the Congress Gala Dinner.
• A 6m² exhibition space in a prime location within the Congress Exhibition.
• Insertion of your promotional brochures within the delegate bags.

Conference Partners agree to:

• Sponsor a keynote speaker/ workshop presenter from within the institution (limited opportunities available)
• Take an active role in promoting and positioning the conference and the congress as a whole through different venues( website, mass-mail, technical committee)
• Assign a qualified team to be on the conference Technical Program Committee, assigned to work on the conference program, evaluate papers, etc
• Send a delegation from the institution to attend the conference and actively participate in various conference activities (i.e: facilitation/chairing a debate, conducting a workshop, etc)

Partnership opportunities are limited to 1-2 institutions per conference, so please send your application by no later than 30th of September, 2011.
