Cancellation Policy
Refunds for cancellation of registration to the Annual Congress 2012 will be made subject to the following deadline and administration charges:

Before 17/01/2012	50% refund less Administrative fees of AED 200
After 17/01/2012	No refund
Formally written request (letter, email, or fax) of cancellations will be considered. All approved refunds will be processed 21 days after the Congress.
